At Zence Design, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UAE consumer protection rules.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Sale or clearance items cannot be returned (unless defective or damaged).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow a few working days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
To request an exchange, please contact us at info@zencedesign.com before returning your item.
Shipping returns
Please contact us first at info@zencedesign.com for instructions before sending any item back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or wrongly supplied.
We recommend using a trackable courier service.
