Common questions
How does it work? Send the enquiry; we reply within a business day with the line sheet and prices; you confirm; we invoice; payment received, dispatch in 3–5 days. Re-orders by email or WhatsApp.
Can I mix products to reach a tier? Yes — any combination counts toward the order value, 6 units minimum per SKU.
Do you hold stock for repeat orders? Yes. For cafés and accounts with a predictable run rate we reserve stock against a forecast, so breakage replacements ship the same week.
Can I see samples? Buy sample units at retail on the site, or at trade price against a confirmed opening order.
Do you deliver outside the UAE? Not at present.
