At Zence Design, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and securely within the United Arab Emirates. Please read our Shipping Policy below for information about delivery timelines, fees, and important shipping terms.

Shipping Locations

Currently, Zence Design delivers within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.

Shipping Fees

We offer the following UAE delivery options:

  • Free UAE Delivery on orders over AED 149
  • UAE Delivery for orders under AED 149, with the applicable delivery fee shown at checkout

All delivery charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) within the UAE.

  • COD orders include an additional AED 10 service fee.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.
  • Someone must be available to receive and pay for the order.

If a COD order is refused or not accepted upon delivery, Zence Design reserves the right to restrict future COD orders for that customer.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on UAE public holidays.
  • Processing times may be extended during sales, promotions, or high-demand periods.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details and tracking information, where available.

Estimated Delivery Time (UAE)

Estimated delivery time within the UAE is usually 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, customer availability, or other external factors beyond our control.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, Zence Design is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete address details
  • Customer unavailability at delivery time
  • UAE customs or regulatory processes, if applicable

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

If an order is delayed, returned, or deemed undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information, Zence Design is not responsible. Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Broken Items During Delivery

Many Zence Design products are fragile, including glassware and ceramics. We carefully package all items to reduce the risk of damage during transit.

If your order arrives damaged or broken, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To submit a damage claim, please email us at info@zencedesign.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping box
  • Photos of the internal packaging materials

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on stock availability and the circumstances of the claim.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately.

Zence Design is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier to the address provided at checkout.

Returns & Delivery Fees

Delivery fees and COD service fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a wrong item shipped or a confirmed damaged item.

Returns are handled according to our Refund Policy.
