At Zence Design, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, weβre here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is required.
Sale or clearance items cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank, card provider, or payment method.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Customers are responsible for return shipping or return delivery costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
We recommend using a trackable courier service when returning an item. Zence Design is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Delivery Fees & COD Fees
Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a wrong item shipped or a confirmed damaged item.
Cash on Delivery (COD) service fees, if applicable, are non-refundable once an order has been delivered.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us review your claim, please email info@zencedesign.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- Photos of the shipping box
- Photos of the internal packaging materials
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on product availability and the circumstances of the claim.
